If you decide that you would like to know more about my services, I offer a free 45 minute discovery call. It allows me to get an idea of what you're interested in and for you to determine if I'm the right travel advisor for you and your needs.

Planning Fees
Once you decide to work with me to plan your amazing vacation, I will ask for a planning fee. This fee is non-refundable and is not applied to your booking. This fee covers the time spent working for you and is based on the estimated time expected to complete your request.
Our Planning Fee structure is as follows:
Trips/Custom Itineraries:
"Excursion," up to 7 days in length.........$100/per small group
"Journey," up to 14 days in length.........$200/per small group
"Expedition," up to 21 days in length.........$300/per small group
"Epic Getaways" over 21 days.........Let's talk and discuss it.
***A small group is up to 6 people/family on one itinerary***
Individual Components (not part of a trip):
Domestic Airfare, Hotel Reservation or Rental Car.........$30
International Airfare.........$50
Planning, Travel and Return
Once I've started planning, I will work to ensure we offer you the best ideas to make your vacation as amazing as possible. I only use trusted suppliers and will work with you to ensure your needs are met.
You'll receive a detailed itinerary via email, or you can download an app that will keep your trip on your phone while you're traveling.
If you run into issues or problems on your vacation, you can contact me and I will advocate on your behalf.
Once you have returned, from your vacation, I'll reach out to you to see how your trip was, and receive feedback about your experience.
